The Provenir software in the *PRODAUS1 Cloud 2.0* region will be upgraded to version *2026.04.00*. The complete upgrade process is estimated to take approximately *3 hours*.
The Provenir decision engines and application processing will *not be impacted* during this activity.
During the upgrade window, the *Cloud 2.0 Portal UI* will be unavailable for approximately *20 minutes*, and the *Case Management UI* will be unavailable for approximately *40 minutes*. Kindly refrain from logging in to the portal during these periods.
Release notes for this deployment will be shared shortly.
