The Provenir Software version in the *CAN1 ,SA1 ,US2* Cloud 2.0 regions will be upgraded to version *2026.05.01*.

This hotfix makes an upgraded SQL Server JDBC driver available to address environment stability issues; contact Provenir support to enable it.

The regions mentioned in this notification will be upgraded during this window. During this period, Provenir decision engines and application processing will continue to operate normally.
