The Provenir software in the UATEU Cloud 2.0 region will be upgraded to version 2026.10.00. The complete upgrade process is estimated to take approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.
The Provenir decision engines and application processing will not be impacted during this activity.
Release notes for this deployment will be shared shortly.
