The Provenir software in the PRODCAN1 Cloud 2.0 region will be upgraded to version 2026.06.00. The complete upgrade process is estimated to take approximately 2 hours.

Observability dashboards will be unavailable for 15 minutes during the deployment window.

The Provenir decision engines and application processing will not be impacted during this activity.
