We will be performing an infrastructure maintenance on our cloud environment in the 'ProdSAS1' Cloud 2.0 region. This upgrade will apply to customers who have enabled Case Management. The Provenir decision engines and application processing will not be affected during the maintenance.

Scheduled Deployment Details,
Duration: The upgrade activity is expected to take approximately one hour.
Impact: For customers using case management, the Data flow from Decisioning to CM will be impacted for approximately one hour.
