Our monitoring system detected an issue with the Platform Cloud 1.0 authentication service. The support team acted promptly on the alert and restored the service. The incident impacted portal logins and transaction processing for endpoints requiring authentication between 1.36 AM UTC and 1.48 AM UTC. We are currently analyzing the root cause, and the issue has been fully resolved.
